How do we take our payments?

  • We take our payments through ACH which is a free, convenient and safe. All you need is the banking information from a personal check.

What is our pet policy?

  • We do allow pets in most of our properties, however you must be in a lower level unit and pay a one time pet fee of $195.

How do does parking work?

  • Parking payment is taken through ACH and you will be sent a parking agreement for your assigned spot.

Are utilities included?

  • Tenants will have to pay a utility fee along with their rent, which includes water, sewer and trash. Electric, cable and wifi should be paid for on your own.

How does maintenance work?

  • At the bottom of our website page, there is maintenance request link that will direct you to a maintenance form, which you would fill out and it’s automatically sent to us for our records. Depending on your request, we will have someone to fix your problem within one week.

What if the maintenance request is an emergency?

  • In the event that there is a true emergency maintenance request, you would call our office number (513) 505-5551 and dial extension 4, which rings 24/7 and we will have someone over as soon as possible.

Move out procedure:

  • If you are moving out of one of our properties, please leave your keys and parking pass (if you have one) on the kitchen counter and leave your unit unlocked.

Move in procedure:

  • Starting August 1st, you can pick up your unit keys, welcome packet and FREE t-shirt from our office at 310 Oak Street from 12pm to 5pm.
